Ice N’ Cream was a specialty food-service tenant improvement completed within the Westside Pavilion Mall in West Los Angeles. The project transformed the mall space into a compact, fully equipped ice cream bar with a custom service counter, refrigerated display cases, food-preparation equipment, point-of-sale stations, illuminated storefront signage, menu displays, and bright contemporary finishes. The efficient layout maximized customer visibility and streamlined service within a high-traffic retail environment.
