The General Motors (ownership subject to change) Sales and Service Department is a purpose-built automotive dealership developed on an approximately 36,500-square-foot site in Santa Monica. The project includes a two-story, 22,000-square-foot showroom and service facility constructed above a one-level subterranean garage. The comprehensive scope encompassed the main dealership building along with all associated on-site and off-site improvements.
