The J Lee Residence is a contemporary residential renovation located in Glendale’s Oakmont neighborhood. Set against a scenic hillside on an approximately 0.25-acre lot, the 3,059-square-foot home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms within a thoughtfully modernized, single-story layout. Clean architectural lines, expansive windows, a glass-paneled garage door, drought-conscious landscaping, vaulted ceilings, and a natural stone fireplace create a refined connection between the home and its surrounding landscape.
